Fragrant and almost airily light chardonnay from a single vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. The aromas of brioche and fresh, crusty bread with a light lemon and roasted nut character are immediately appealing. The influence of barrel fermentation and solids has built texture and creaminess in the middle palate. Has a tight, crunchy, mouth puckering acidity working with a slightly savoury element to carry through to a precise and long finish of impeccable balance.
