It's all here: pure cherry essence, star anise, amaro spice, spring florals, mountain herbs and slices of deli meat through the finish. The intensity of flavor is the standout in this 2021 The Dagger Pinot Noir, and it tends to ripple across the palate and through into the finish. There's a very attractive, leafy, kirsch character that lingers in the mouth.

Beautifully detailed, assisted by integrated oak, crunchy acid bite and leafy, savoury tannins.Impressive depth.
