92 points Ah. Really good. There's a deli meat/smoked peppercorn character on the nose that infuses the palate. This 2021 The Cutlass Shiraz is littered with dried tea leaves, tobacco leaves, blackberry pips, lavender, raspberry bramble and an endless cascade of fine tannins to hold it all together. This is an entrancing wine, quite different from the rest.
