Tim’s 60th Vintage culminated with the 2021 Foil Sauvignon Blanc being awarded Winewise Champion Sauvignon Blanc. Participation in the Winewise Championships is by invitation only. Entry is extended to gold medal wines from Australia’s national or regionalwine shows. “It was a great year, excellent work by our growers, and just a few years of winemaking experience.
