Riposte The Sabre Pinot Noir 2016 Posted on 29 November 2018.  Riposte’s The Sabre Pinot Noir has been a pretty happy hunting ground over the years. Drinkability in spades. Juicy cherry and dried herb notes with flashes of musk and cedarspice. Feels satiny in the mouth for the most part though the finish is a little more rugged. Fruit offset by tang and spice. Nicely done. Rated : 90 Points
